We are currently working on a position with a highly-regarded healthcare organisations, based in Hertfordshire, to source a fully remote HR Advisor for the following assignment:HR Advisor

£17.81 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours: 37.5 per week
Your duties will include:
- Taking responsibility for the management and development of the HR Shared Services Administration Team, ensuring SLA's and KPI's are adhered to within all services provided
- Managing the full employee lifecycle for responsible business areas
- Providing professional advice and support to managers and the HR Business Partner on employee relations matters as appropriate
- Supporting the HR Business Partners with the review and development of policies and procedures to ensure that these reflect the needs of the organisation, good practice and employment law
- Taking responsibility for the provision of workforce performance reports and the preparation of feedback reports for managers, covering a range of areas including mandatory compliance checks, sickness absence, turnover, mandatory training, appraisals andstaff surveys
- Building and maintaining good working relationships, confidence and trust with people managers to promote HR best practice
- Advising and supporting managers, under the direction of the HR Business Partner, in relation to the implementation of change management programmes, including engagement with affected staff as appropriate
- Providing generalist support with the HR Transactional processes
- Maintaining and updating electronic employee files, ensuring accurate and efficient filing in line with GDPR
- Recording of employee sickness and sickness certification.
- Supporting the development and implementation of a robust exit process for staff leaving the organisation, undertaking confidential exit interviews as appropriate and providing feedback as appropriate to the HR Business Partner and service areas
- Experience of providing advice and support to managers at all levels in key aspects of generalist HR and employee relations
- Skills in report writing, correspondence, and human resources processes/policies and guidance
- Organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise work
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to effectively articulate an opinion and engage with both internal and external stakeholders through a variety of different mediums
