One Property Recruitment have been instructed on the search for a Resident Service Associate based in Cardiff. This position is within the Build to rent sector is a high-end residential development, aimed at young professionals. The Residents Service Associate is a vital member of the front of house team.

This role would be perfect for someone who has at least 2 years' experience within the property sector and for someone who loves customer facing roles.

Your core duties will consist of:

Work closely with the Resident services Managers and other Resident Services Associates to ensure outstanding customer service is always provided.
Encourage as well as supporting resident engagement, through planning events and activities that residents can attend.
Forging a sense of community between residents.
Building superb relationships with external partners.
Conducting check in and check out to ensure that the move in and out process of residents runs smoothly.
Handle daily enquiries from tenants and attempt to answer / solve these queries effectively.
Liaising with and book contractors as well as flagging up maintenance issues quickly to be fixed.
Keep updated with new Health and Safety regulations and implement changes as required.
Always ensure that the front of house and building is looking presentable and tidy.

I am looking for the following skillset/ attributes:

Bubbly personality
At least 2 years' experience in the property industry
A cando attitude
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Previous experience working in a customer facing role
Ability to multitask to complete a long todo list
