TSG is currently looking to recruit a Project Administrator to work with an established and reputable manufacturer in North Leeds.


About our client
Our client is an established, reputable manufacturer with 20+ years' experience doing what they do.

They design develop and distribute their products from their impressive site and at present, they turnover several million and employ c.50 staff.


Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Project Administrator / Co-ordinator to join our client's Product Management team.

  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Supporting with invoicing and purchase planning.
  • Managing stock and ordering materials.
  • Liaising with the factory and onsite teams.
  • Booking transport.
  • Support the Project Managers.

About you

  • Experience in a similar project's role admin or coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and have proven experience with prioritising conflicting deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to work accurately.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to ever changing requirements and deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office software including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to follow procedures and processes accurately.
