Job Summary:

The Customer Service Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations. You are responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle maintenance needs, providing recommendations, and coordinating service appointments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and assess their service needs.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Schedule service appointments and communicate with the service team.
  • Explain service costs and estimated repair times to customers.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of service appointments and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repairs.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services.
  • Computer proficiency for appointment scheduling and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and customerfocused environment.

Specific Competencies or Skills Needed:


  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Fluient in English
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair processes.

Working Conditions:


  • You'll work hybrid from our HQ 23 days per week however, our team do travel across other locations.
  • The Service Advisor role require standing for extended periods.
  • Occasional weekend and evening shifts may be necessary.
  • This role involves direct interaction with customers in a service department setting

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£22,905.00-£24,089.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
