EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO

LONDON


We are recruiting an Executive Assistant to provide professional, cohesive and highly organised support to the CEO, working closely with the Chief of Staff.

You will be based in our Mayfair office and will generally work onsite 3 days per week however if you prefer to work fully onsite, this could be arranged.

We are looking to offer a salary in the region of up £56,000 - £64,000 per annum DOE.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Providing proactive, effective, and efficient support to the CEO, taking overall responsibility for daytoday administration.
  • Managing the CEO's diary, travel arrangements, expenses, and other such tasks.
  • Scheduling senior meetings, ensuring the agenda and papers are delivered in a timely manner, records are made and actions followedup and delivered on time.
  • Understanding the business calendar, reporting and meeting structures, and implementing the appropriate administration to effectively support them.
  • Organising the Private Bank mid and end of year events, and other similar events.
  • Assisting with various special projects.
  • Providing additional support to other senior colleagues where priorities permit, for example adhoc meeting setup, expenses, travel.
  • Line management of the London reception team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or Senior PA, supporting at a C-Suite level.
  • Capability to manage a small team.
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills with sound knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Professional and personable, a strong relationship builder who can work with credibility and trust with all levels across the business.
  • A trusted individual that values discretion.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including report writing and minuting.
  • Able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail whilst working to tight deadlines.
  • Initiative to manage your time and workload, and prioritising effectively.
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills with sound knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work to multiple tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Experience gained in the Financial Services sector is desirable.
