Our Multi-Franchise showroom in Neyland which represents the Volkswagen, Audi and Mercedes Benz brands, part of the Sinclair Group, is looking for someone who is professional, of smart appearance and good customer facing skills to join our team as a Showroom Host, offering a warm and friendly welcome to our customers.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm - 40 hours a week


Position pays:
£22,000 per annum

The Opportunity:


This is a high visibility role and as such you should be confident, well presented and possess excellent communication skills, you will be keen to engage with all customers to ensure their visit to our dealership is efficient and enjoyable.


Key Responsibilities

  • To be the initial point of contact for customers visiting our dealerships, giving a warm welcome promptly establishing and confirming the customer's needs.
  • To ensure all customers are personally introduced to the appropriate member of staff in our Sales, Service or Parts team.
  • Providing refreshments to customers visiting and those who are waiting for their vehicles to be serviced/repaired, keeping them informed at all times on the progress of their vehicle.
  • To undertake other administrative and clerical duties as and when required within the department
  • Working with other team members to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining the professional presentation of the department at all times, including the customer hospitality areas.
