About the Chief of Staff role:

  • Report directly to the CEO, acting as a strategic advisor and an organisational linchpin.
  • Leverage your expertise across the organisation to size and shape key decisions and initiatives.
  • Craft and maintain the heartbeat of our operations, from strategic alignment to exceptional execution.
  • Future Team Expansion: In anticipation of our continued growth, you will have shared access to an Executive Assistant, and potentially more team members in the future, to further strengthen our business operations and support functions.

In order to thrive as the Chief of Staff within Grantify, you will have the following skills, experience and personality traits:

  • A robust track record running and operating in a rapidly changing tech startup environment.
  • A history of running complex, fastmoving projects with grace and strategic insight.
  • Previous tenure as a senior decisionmaker at a venturebacked firm is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams toward common goals.
  • Confident and friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills.
  • Understand and consider the needs and perspectives of others within the Grantify team.
  • The ability to analyse situations, identify challenges, and develop effective solutions.

Salary:
£70,000 - £100,000 per annum (Equity available)


Based:
Remote (UK, within one hour of London)
