OFFICE & FRONT DESK SPECIALIST
We are searching for a passionate professional who will effectively manage customer / staff relationships, promptly respond to queries, and consistently manage expectations of the main office.

Key duties:
- To manage refurbishment, renovations, and assistance with office moves/relocations.
- Being first point of contact in reception.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, taking messages when required.
- Facilitating a smooth handover for new starters and casual staff at beginning of their shift.
- Performing reconciliations according to Testronic internal standards.
- Purchase & Procurement.
- To manage order lifecycle.
- Organizing invoices and assisting the Finance department.
- To be responsible for budget and spending control.
- To validate Timesheets for staff.
- Facility Management.
- Support function to business operations for the complete facility.
- Schedule, coordinate and supervise office arrangements and adaptation works.
- Manage accommodation and utilities for offsite/embedded staff.
- Couriers' management/coordination.
- Vendor Management.
- Company Event management.
- Cooperation with other sites and business lines.

Proven experience in office/receptionist/administrative/ customer service roles

Fluent English (oral & written)

Able to work independently

- **IT literate
- experience in using Microsoft Office.**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication & listening skills, empathy, networking, negotiation skills).
- Accuracy, attention to detail and pride in great work.
