OFFICE & FRONT DESK SPECIALIST


We are searching for a passionate professional who will effectively manage customer / staff relationships, promptly respond to queries, and consistently manage expectations of the main office.

Key duties:

  • To manage refurbishment, renovations, and assistance with office moves/relocations.
  • Being first point of contact in reception.
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, taking messages when required.
  • Facilitating a smooth handover for new starters and casual staff at beginning of their shift.
  • Performing reconciliations according to Testronic internal standards.
  • Purchase & Procurement.
  • To manage order lifecycle.
  • Organizing invoices and assisting the Finance department.
  • To be responsible for budget and spending control.
  • To validate Timesheets for staff.
  • Facility Management.
  • Support function to business operations for the complete facility.
  • Schedule, coordinate and supervise office arrangements and adaptation works.
  • Manage accommodation and utilities for offsite/embedded staff.
  • Couriers' management/coordination.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Company Event management.
  • Cooperation with other sites and business lines.
