Surveying Executive - Bristol

Job summary
This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the surveying department delivering day-to-day property management services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties for our varied client base.- Service Charge Management: Code service charge invoices coordinating with the accounts team to arrange timely payments Liaise with the accounts team surveyors and facilities managers on day-to-day service charge matters Monitor service charge expenditure by completing quarterly variance reports holding meetings with the surveyors and facilities managers to close out actions Work alongside the surveyors to prepare and issue the annual service charge budgets year-end reconciliations
- Property Administration: Extract interpret relevant information from legal documentation update database records via input forms accordingly Liaise with tenants suppliers help day-to-day running of property Maintain accurate up-to-date tenancy schedules Assist tenant inspections where required Prepare client reports Complete onboarding new properties process closures sold properties Process RPI-linked rent reviews
- Data Management: Create amend review spreadsheets utilizing Excel formulae analyze present data effectively Ensure accuracy attention detail all documentation records Professional proactive approach work Strong time management prioritising effectively Ability work under pressure meet tight deadlines consistently
