What you will do:

Advocate and drive a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy
Support, challenge and drive best practice at each stage of the recruitment process
Support the talent team in adhoc tasks and projects.

Who you are:

Strong talent acquisition experience within a fastpaced environment, preferably a developed network within one or some of the following areas Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Product, and Central functions
Demonstrable experience of actively sourcing and headhunting
Experience of influencing and negotiating
Excellent knowledge and experience of recruitment practices and processes
Having a solutionsfocused and a proactive approach
