Top Legal 500 firm based in Cambridgeshire are looking to bring on board a Partner within their Commercial Property team to take on a lead role in the continued development of their established, commercial and regional practice.

The Firm

This renowned firm are experiencing growth in their Real Estate department and are looking for an established Solicitor to join them to drive this forward.

No two days will be the same and this firm provides services to a broad range of clients from developers, international businesses and restaurant groups to which you will be ensuring the best service is provided.

There is a competitive salary up to £80k on offer, hybrid working and further benefits which will be discussed at interview stage.

Extensive experience handling acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, asset management and development work
Proactive in business development, with a focus on client care
Strong communicator and selfmotivated in your approach
Knowledge of agricultural property is desired but not required
Able to bring over a strong client base
