We're seeking Customer Service Advisors - *working from home remotely.
Telephone experience not essential and your work computer is provided. Career progression and flexible shifts are available.

*Customer Service Advisor pay:

£9.72 per hour, pay relates to applicants ages 23+. *This is a work from home role.

*Customer Service Advisor role:

Receiving inbound calls from customers
Ensuring all customers can pass data protection
Handel all queries from customers to ensure first call resolutions regarding their account
Updating all systems with information and data checks
Speaking with all customer to make them aware of any promotions, discounts or offers available.
Ensure full customer satisfaction and excellent customer service
