**Description of Role:- **
IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED
We require new team members to join our busy Customer Services department.
In addition to the above, you will be working together with team members across the department to efficiently and accurately endorse NHS prescriptions.
This requires high attention to detail and a strong ability to work independently and as a team player to meet KPI's set by senior management.
Previous work in pharmacy or a similar role, whilst not essential, may be of benefit to this role.**Key Skills:

- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong emphasis on providing the best possible experience for the patient using the facilities provided.
- A strong attention to detail as you will be working with medical supplies and prescriptions.
- Clear and concise communication skills in both internal and external environments.
- The ability to be adaptable in the workplace and flexible in your work approach.
- You must be a team player, but also have the ability to work on your own in a high workflow position.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£10.60 per hour
