The Team The Pharmacist Network are a clinical led organisation here to support GPs with the delivery of pharmacist and pharmacy technician services.

We are currently recruiting a part-time Rota Coordinator to work in our head office in Ashington, Northumberland.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with an administration background, who is organised and has a strong attention to detail.

The Role As a Rota Coordinator you will keep track of where our pharmacists/technicians are located and ensure everything is up to date, so our PCN needs are fulfilled.

You will keep track of any annual leave and allocate over in advance.

As well as this, you will work in our office administration team performing duties such as; liaising with internal and external parties, scheduling appointments, manning receptions main telephone line, and keeping the admin mailbox tidy and up to date.

The Skills To be successful in this position you will have exceptional customer service skills, you will act in a professional manner at all times and you will have a strong eye for detail.
