Communication Lead

Remote


Position Status:
Interim position for 3 Months (2 Days Per week)


Salary:
£250- £320 Per Day (DOE)

Our expertise extends to estate rationalisation, demobilisations, dilapidations, and office relocations, all while prioritising customer experience and user journey mapping.


Purpose of the Role:


As the Communication Lead, you'll be instrumental in ensuring effective communication, crafting engaging employee engagement plans, and guiding communications during the TUPE process.

This pivotal role drives successful change initiatives and new working methodologies, necessitating confident interaction across all organisational tiers.


Responsibilities:


  • Craft engaging content for TUPE presentations and engagement sessions.
  • Develop and own communication and engagement plans for contract mobilisations and change initiatives.
  • Manage documentation in line with client branding.
  • Implement innovative strategies for change through employee engagement.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in digital communications.
  • Ability to adapt to fastpaced environments.
  • Create and implement custom communication strategies for projects proactively.
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
