Trading Administration Assistant


An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Administration Assistant within our busy Trading department, based at our Regional Distribution Centre in Dundee.


The purpose of this role is to provide general administrative support across our FMCG product categories, thereby ensuring that relevant deadlines and objectives are met.


Duties will include:

  • New product administration including form completion and working internal teams and suppliers
  • Creating powerpoint slides for new product information
  • Helping the Trading Manager with administration for promotion and deals
  • Working with suppliers
  • Building and maintaining relationships internally within CJ Lang and externally with suppliers
