Contract Scotland are recruiting for a Site Manager for one of our key Tier 1 clients. This well-established company have a great reputation in the industry as being a fair employee. This client works on exciting and prestige projects across the UK.

As a Site Manager you will be expected to:

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Site Management
Report to Senior Management
Health & Safety Management
Cost Reporting
Procurement of Materials
Subcontractor Management
Strong work ethic
Work Independently or as part of a team
Excellent written & communication skills
Proven experience working on £30m+ projects
Good commercial awareness
Problem solver who takes ownership of tasks and sees them through
