Location: Bristol Office Based, with flexibility for occasional remote working

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our small team as a HR Advisor. In this role you will be the first point of contact for all HR enquiries within our business. You will provide timely and effective administrative support to the Central & West Business unit and be a key member of the HR team.

This position is office based, with flexibility for occasional/ remote working.

About the role:

To succeed you will have to demonstrable experience in HR advisor and administrator role. Your exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to work to high standards of accuracy are essential for this role. You will have an interest in and understanding of the right to work and UK immigration rules as well as understanding the implications of Data Protection legislation on your work. This role is a key part of our service delivery through support to our team, our people, incoming new starters and job candidates.

You will assure compliance with legal and company policies and procedures, supporting and advising our Line Managers. You will need to regularly analyse data to identify trends and check accuracy and integrity of data that allow us to improve our service. Support for our early careers and their continued development will include liaison with educational bodies and institutions.

What are we looking for?

As an experienced HR professional, you will have experience of working in a similar role, the ability to work well either alone or as part of a team. You should hold a relevant CIPD Level qualification, IT literate in Microsoft office (including word, excel and outlook), previous experience of working with an LMS and HR system.
