Description
Part time SEN teacher required, four days a week

  • Work at a well resourced and well staffed Specialist school
  • January 2023 start date


Tradewind are working with a SEN school in the north Sheffield area who require a Primary teacher to work with one of their classes.

You will be working with a small class of students with additional requirements including ASD and other barriers to theirlearning.

You will be well supported in class by several specially trained Teaching Assistants to support with learning.

Previous experience working with primary aged children with special educational needs would be a benefit for this position. As would a nurturing and calm approach. Previous training on how to de-escalate behaviour such as a Team Teach qualification may bea benefit for this position.


The role is to start asap and the successful person should have a DBS registered to the up date service or be happy to put one in process.

You should also be able to provide professional references from within the previous 5 years.
