    Bounteous x Accolite is a leading digital agency that drives innovation for ambitious brands. We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team and contribute to driving results in the fast-paced digital world.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Cultivate new relationships with leads to qualify them for the Business Development team.
    • Nurture marketing-generated leads to convert to opportunities.
    • Conduct research and analysis of companies and individuals that are targets or prospects for Bounteous x Accolite services.
    • Utilize our CRM and sales automation platform to personalize at scale and track all pertinent information related to prospective customers.

    Requirements

    • B2B outbound prospecting experience.
    • Outstanding executive presence; comfortable communicating with CMOs, CIOs, and CTOs via email and phone.
    • Experience prospecting into Fortune 1000 organizations.
    • Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
    • Proactive and solution-oriented; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Working Style

    We value collaboration and teamwork. You will work closely with Marketing, Technology, and Business Development teams to drive results and achieve goals.
