£22,435 per annum, based on 39 hours per week

Our friendly team in Mere brow are currently looking for creative and enthusiastic Support Workers, due to recent growth and expansion.

Our services in Merebrow focus on:

Encouraging positive health and well-being
Being an active part of the local community
Taking part in activities such as walking groups, swimming, cycling, horse riding and much more

Who we are looking for:

As a Support Worker you will develop a trusting and respectful rapport with people supported at Merebrow. At Autism Initiatives we believe in providing quality support which is personalised to individual health and well-being needs.

We are looking for people who share and demonstrate our values, and who will also be a team player. Experience is not essential, as you will be supported by your team with any training required.

With local community trainers on hand throughout your induction you will receive an enriching and informative training programme to gain a wealth of new skills.

Plus extra pay of £50 per night for sleep in duties (Merebrow services only)
