We are seeking to appoint 2 highly motivated individuals to join our Medical Secretarial teams in the Stroke and Neurology/Nephrology Departments within the Division of IMPF.

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals who have a professional and friendly manner. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, medical terminology and audio typing skills is essential.

As the role involves dealing with the public and professionals you must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.


You will be committed to personal and professional development and team working with the ability to able to organise and prioritise your workload and must be able to work using your own initiative.


The post holder will be required to work as part of a team providing cross cover during periods of staff absence and annual leave.

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is ideally situated just a forty five minute drive from Manchester.

The Trust provides services to the 440,000 residents of Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre and North Lancashire, as well as specialist tertiary care for Cardiac and Haematology patients.
