Casual Relief Young People's Intensive Support Officers

We are looking for Casual Relief Young People's Intensive Support Officers to work in one of our young peoples' supported housing services based in Wisbech, As a Casual Relief Young People's Support Officer you will provide cover for absences among the permanent staff teams when needed.

About you

For this post we are seeking individuals who are motivated, committed and creative; who feel confident and assured when working with young people and who can respond effectively to opportunities and challenging situations.

All our services aim to provide consistent, committed emotional and practical support to young people, in a welcoming and homely environment.

You will generally be lone working, and will take responsibility for the building, and all aspects of health and safety including safeguarding.

Support Officers work variable length shifts between 7.30 am and 9.30 pm.

This service provides intensive support to 16/17year old young people who are Looked After.
