The Supply Room is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in a Specialist School in Wareham, Dorset, supporting students aged 16-25 in a unique and fulfilling educational environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are looking to build a long-term career in education and have the skills and knowledge to provide valuable support to students with complex needs.

You will provide one-to-one support or work within small groups, assisting students in their learning and personal development.

The position offers a permanent contract from day one, with a 12-week temporary-to-permanent contract allowing you to secure a long-term role within the school.

The working hours are Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.00pm), providing a stable and consistent schedule.
