This four-star hotel is located in west London and has been created for comfort and style and offers a warm and welcoming service to all guests.

The hotel has 6 modern meeting rooms and 134 en-suite bedrooms; it is the first in Europe to have a revolutionary open lobby concept.

With good transports link, the hotel can be easily accessed by public transport. Brentford train station is about 10 minutes' walk to the hotel.

We are currently looking for a reliable Kitchen Porter who loves being part of a busy, professional and friendly team at the Holiday Inn Brentford Lock This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic kitchen environment, and the perfect step forwards if you have the ambition to become a Chef.

We offer Level 1 and level 2 production chef apprenticehsips.

Role in our Family:

When working as a Kitchen Porter, your main role is to ensure the smooth running of foodservice operations by keeping the Kitchen to a high level of cleanliness.

Prepare, clean and organise ingredients for use in the kitchen
Use a rack dishwasher
Help to maintain and adhere to strict health and safety procedures
Good sense of planning and preparation for the day ahead
Diligent and meticulous in receiving orders
Following all apporporate COSHH, HACCP and PPE requirements has instructed.

Experiece:
At least 1 years at a similar level, branded hotel preferred.
