I Group Services - a leading & well-respected specialist floor care and cleaning company are now recruiting.

A TRAINEE or an EXPERIENCED WOOD FLOOR SANDER & REFINISHER - 6 Months experience ideally but the right trainee could take on the role.

The new role is to help I Group Services expand our territory, you will therefore need goo business acumen and hold a high degree of confidence to deliver.

We are continuing our growth in the floor care industry.

After several years of successfully growing our business into Oven Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Hard Floor Cleaning & Restoration, and Wood Floor Sanding and Refinishing.

We are now looking to recruit a pivotal hire within the company. This recruit will form the backbone of our Wood Floor Sanding and Refinishing division and develop their own area.

We have a strong foothold in the market throughout Bucks, Herts, Beds, and parts of Oxon and wish to continue delivering a 5-star service to our 10,000 + existing customers and new inquiries alike.

However we are now looking to expand this and the right individual will help to grow and develop our company name into new areas

Job Overview:

Your role will be a Wood Floor Sanding & Finishing Technician, predominantly sanding back and then refinishing all types of wood floors and kitchen worktops, however, you may be required to turn your hand to hard floor cleaning as and when required.

• At least 6 months experience or a very tenacious trainee with a 'go get' attitude.
• Motivated and driven by results.

• Eager to learn and a good communicator.
• Flexible approach.
• Attention to detail
• You will have held your driving licence for 8 years+ if under 25 due to insurance restrictions and have no more than 3 points on your driving licence.
