Cover Supervisor/ Cover Manager
**Starting date: February 2023

Secondary School
£80-100 Per Day**
Location: Merton

Free CPD and Constant support with interviewing
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and motivated cover supervisor on a long-term basis
You will be working closely with the senior leadership team and be taking lessons in the absence of teachers
While also managing the schools daily cover needs.

**Experience as a cover supervisor or Cover manager (Essential)
Have an interest in the education sector**
Educated to a degree level (Desired not essential)

Have an enhanced up to date DBS (Or willing to process one)

Ability to engage with and inspire young learners

**Role Summary
**As a cover supervisor your main objective is to oversee the smooth running of all lessons during the school day, supervising the cover work set by the absent teacher, ensuring the children have the requested resources and knowledge to complete thework set by the teacher.
Collecting completed work after lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher/ department.

You will also be in charge of cover so liaising with external agencies to arrange appropriate cover dependant on the schools needs.
