Description

Duties:

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine repair needs
Estimate the cost of repairs and provide accurate quotes to customers
Collaborate with auto body technicians and mechanics to develop repair plans
Order necessary parts and materials for repairs
Communicate with customers regarding repair progress and any additional issues that arise
Ensure all repairs are completed according to industry standards and customer specifications
Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions

Skills:

Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques
Proficient in using estimating software and tools
Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately assess damage
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of air brake, oil change, diesel engine repair, brake repair, shocks struts, and suspension systems is preferred
Cash handling experience is a plus
