Description

Limitless Security Ltd are a family run company who are looking for vigilant and customer-oriented Door Supervisors to join our team in the Weston-Super-Mare area.

As a Door Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of patrons, the venue and their team.

About the role

Monitor and control access to the venue and where applicable prevent unauthorised entry
Carry out regular patrols of the venue looking out for any suspicious activity
Conduct the required security checks of individuals
Respond promptly to any security incidents or disturbances
Be able to calmly and professionally deal with disruptive individuals
Provide first aid assistance when necessary
Ensure incidents forms and other documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications/Experience

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or similar security role
Strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable with dealing with conflict and the ability to work under pressure
First aid certification (preferred)
