Job Title - Associate/Senior Associate, Commercial Property

Location - Southampton

Salary - £50,000 - £60,000

Benefits - Flexible/Hybrid working, Performance related bonus scheme.
You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting multidisciplinary role, at a Top Tier, Legal 500 Firm.

With multiple offices around the UK and counting, you'll be joining an established Firm, undergoing a tremendous growth in the UK and adding to eachof their offices.

  • Enjoy the option of choosing the area of Commercial Property that interests you, with the opportunity to specialise between Housebuilding or Property Development, in a team acting for many of the UK's largest volume housebuilders as well as for strategicland companies, smaller traditional builders and niche startup ventures.

You will have:


  • Experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
  • Existing Housebuilding and/or Development experience is welcomed, however full training will be provided in these areas.
  • Strong client care skills.
