A T Services Limited are a plumbing, heating & air conditioning company based in Leicester, we complete a wide variety of reactive and planned maintenance work predominantly within the Leicestershire area.
We are looking for an accounts assistant to join our finance team to help with sales ledger processing for our office based role.
- Reviewing jobs engineers have highlighted as completed to ensure all work is complete and all paperwork has been received
- Following up any queries with project managers and engineers to ensure missing information is received
- Reviewing costs on the job to ensure everything has been captured prior to invoicing
- Raising sales invoices
- Dealing with customer queries
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
Up to £22,000.00 per year
