Take on an autonomous CRM role in a thriving entertainment brand investing in marketing and improving the way they communicate with their customers.

Entertainment brand that is looking to improve the way they communicate with their customers, and ensure that they are providing the best service for their subscribed customers.
THE ROLE
As the CRM Manager your focus will be to build and develop the CRM strategy, specifically you will have to:
- Develop and implement the marketing plan through CRM strategy, ensuring an omnichannel strategy and an understanding of the customer
- Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process through segmentation and segmentation models
- Focus on customer loyalty, life time value and churn, how can you ensure customers subscribe and how can you use data to provide insights
YOUR SKILLS
- Experience with multichannel campaigns i.e. App/Push/Web/eMail
- Experience with subscriptions.
- Experience using a campaign management tool, Adobe campaign, Salesforce
- Experience of Braze is ideal
- Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
