The Pantry (UK) Ltd are an award winning contract caterer who have a passion for feeding all of our clients with great food and providing an unrivalled service.

We have a fabulous office environment with free fruit and snacks and regular staff engagement days.


The Pantry are looking for a friendly, hardworking individual to join the team as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.


This is will be a very fast paced role, where you will be involved in various meetings, projects and presentations, ensuring everything is in place and organised.

A caring, calm personality is ideal, and someone who is used to multitasking is essential.

Working hours will vary depending on the weeks schedule and weekends and travel are very likely.


Your main, day-to-day duties will include -

  • Organises and coordinates the smooth running of internal/external meetings, taking and distributing confidential minutes.
  • Manages diary and schedules proactively.
  • Builds close working relationships with the Senior Managers and Teams within the business, anticipating and fulfilling needs.
  • Organises events setting and monitoring standards of performance and liaising with other business areas as appropriate.
  • Builds close working relationships.
  • Composes and responds to correspondence or queries received or pass on to the relevant department for action, tracking progress as necessary.
  • Manages travels, itineraries and costs.

You will need -

  • Uses tact and diplomacy, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • A motivated selfstarter with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management
  • Planning & Influencing skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work within a changing environment.
  • Demonstrate selfawareness and selfdevelopment
  • Agile, energetic and highly motivated.
  • Proactive, flexible and organised approach.
  • Experience in supporting Team Members.
  • Problem solving with ability to analyse, plan, conduct research and deliver insight.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
