Office Worker required for a Steel company based in Dudley.


They are looking for someone who has a background in steelworks who is looking to come away from site work and into the office.

Your role will be mainly dealing with the site workers and arranging where they'll be working etc.


Duties:


  • Maintain office supplies and ensure proper inventory levels
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
  • Provide general clerical support to the team
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

Skills:


  • Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately
  • Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and processes

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
