An amazing opportuntiy has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a international law firm working on the highest quality of work.

The firm has seen impressive growth over the last 3 years and is therefore hoping to hire a talented Real Estate finance solicitor, who will tackle work for some of the largest and significant borrowers in the UK Real Estate market.

The work will mainly come from the firm's London-sourced Real Estate finance deals, however this team is the largest in the UK so the work is spread across all the firm's offices.

The firm offer highly levels of training for those at all levels, but they really do focus on the more Junior solicitors to ensure they can gain as much exposure as possible whilst working in the most successful Real Estate finance team in the UK.

Some of the areas that the Real Estate finance team work in are largely in Investment Property financing, hotel finance, commercial and residential development funding, and healthcare sector finance.

You will be mainly be working on the structuring of transactions,negotiating and drafting Real Estate finance documents such as Inntercreditor and CPO documents and assisting in the project management of deals whilst working with other team members.
