- Job Description: _
- Have a good level of understanding in general construction
- Responsible for being the point of contact between workers and Project Manager
- Coordinating tasks for the day including but not limited to creating schedules for workers, oversee quality of the site, managing the budget and daily inspections of site in accordance to drawings
- Managing specialist subcontractors and signing off their works
- Procurement of standard materials from approved suppliers in advance
- Activities on site are in line with health and safety procedures including conducting Toolbox talks
- directly supervises and coordinates the activities of construction and building workers and/or subcontractors;
- liaises with managers and contractors to resolve operational problems;
- determines or recommends staffing and other needs to meet productivity requirements;
- Job requirements: _
- Have exceptional written and spoken English
- Have exceptional attention to detail and a right firsttime attitude
- Excellent Knowledge of Health and Safety
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£143.03-£287.06 per day
