Service Desk Analyst, Helpdesk, Banking Belfast-Hybrid £150- £180pd - via Umbrella Company/ PAYE 6 months Service Desk Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst, ITIL, 1st Line Support, 2nd Line Support, MS Office Professional, Reuters, Bloomberg, MMI, Market view, FinancialServices, Banking.

A global Tier 1 Bank are seeking a Service Desk Analyst/ Helpdesk Analyst to join them on a 6 month rolling contract in Belfast.

The role will be embedded in a customer operations function, focusing on delivering outstanding technology supportto the business's workforce. This includes a combination of 1st line resolution, and 2nd line incident management.

£150 - £180pd - via Umbrella Company/ PAYE Essential Requirements:


  • Experience of working as Helpdesk or Service Desk Analyst
  • Experience of1st line and 2nd line support
  • Confident and familiar with multiple operating systems (XP, windows 710, Mac)
  • Excellent communication, and leadership skills.
