Reeds client are a leading aerospace and aviation component manufacturer based in Farnborough, and are looking for a Quality Inspector to join their team.

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest qualitystandards before they are shipped to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspecting finished products and raw materials to ensure compliance with established quality standards
Conducting inprocess inspections of products during the manufacturing process
Identifying and reporting nonconformance issues to the appropriate department
Collaborating with production and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements
Participating in the development and maintenance of inspection plans and procedures
Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of inspection data and metrics
Providing training and guidance to production and engineering staff on quality procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

Working in quality orientated production/engineering environment.
Experience inspecting sheet metal and mechanical parts with the ability to understand technical drawings and follow written instructions.
Good written skills, with the ability to create documentation.
Manual handling of inspected instruments required.
