About the role

Many of the South London area Primary schools we partner with are presently looking for Teaching Assistants to fill daily vacancies.

You may anticipate working directly in a primary school classroom where you will be giving the pupils one-on-one help. No prior teaching experience is essential. We are searching for someone who can start working right away.

This role will offer you the opportunity to

Gain experience in some of the top schools in the UK (excellent for individuals wishing to advance in their careers in education).
Work confidently oneonone with students, in small groups, or in whole classrooms, offering support when necessary.
Experience working with students in Key Stages 1 and 2; this can include work as a youth mentor, instructor, club leader, etc. outside of schools.
Use assertive behaviour control and classroom management techniques.
Excellent availability and the capacity to work on short notice
Be tenacious, trustworthy, and enthusiastic about advancing education with a genuine excitement for motivating students to get involved in their growth and learning.
Although not required, prior experience dealing with SEND students is very desirable.

Pay:
£85.00-£95.00 per day
