Are you an organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional client service in a professional environment? Dynamic Financial Planning is looking for a dedicated full time individual to join our growing administrative team in our new office in Aston Sandford (close to Haddenham), Buckinghamshire.


As a team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our financial professionals.

From managing schedules and coordinating meetings to handling correspondence and maintaining records, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for our clients which will include pensions, ISAs, bonds and unwrapped accounts
  • Maintaining our client records both electronic and physical.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial services or professional services environment.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


This is a hybrid working role; 3 to 4 days a week in the office but with the potential for an early finish.

Salary £26,000 to £32,000 per annum plus equitable profit share.

£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
