Adecco UK, a world leading recruitment firm, are currently looking for a Customer Service Support Officer to join our client, a world leading energy company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.

You will be working within a fantastic team, with an organisation committed to your development.What are my Responsibilities?
- First line of customer support & contact on a daily basis working with the customer relationship manager to ensure KPI's/SLAs are met.
- Administrative ownership over a set of customer accounts, ensuring customer data is kept live and accurate.
- Working within a team to ensure all duties and requirements of the whole team are met as well as individual.
- Ensuring required purchase orders are received for all reactive works and invoiced accordingly.
- Scheduling, allocating and raising of purchase orders for subcontractors and 3rd parties Creation of preventative maintenance plans and scheduling these in to meet with the contractual requirements.
- Completion of customer permit systems Where a PO has been created requesting of this to be goods receipted and effectively managing your work flow within SAP.
- Booking of engineer's holiday within the planning tool. Booking of engineer's sick within the planning tool.
- Customer feedback
- Contacting customers to get update on how we are doing and logging this feedback within the customer feedback tool.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
Customer service / admin experience
Desirable:
Experience within the energy industry in a similar role or similar role in an equivalent industry
Dealing with remote engineers and scheduling
