About the role

Responsibilities:

Assisting with the creation, development, and maintenance of a marketleading content set for the Banking & Finance practical guidance module to a high standard technically and editorially
Monitoring developments, including anticipated upcoming developments, relevant to our customer base and/or which other teams within LexisPSL may need to be aware of
Working closely with LexisPSL Hub to produce a marketleading current awareness offering, providing news and analysis of the highest quality, and tailored to the needs and expectations of practitioners
Engaging proactively with customers and contacts in relevant markets to understand customer requirements and keep uptodate with developments in practice
Assisting with customer queries via customer feedback or the LexisAsk service regarding relevant coverage areas where required
Working proactively with other LexisPSL practice areas and the wider business where it is relevant to do so

Requirements:

Lawyer qualified in England and Wales (either a solicitor (including professional support lawyer/PSL) or barrister) with significant and broad experience of derivatives, debt capital markets, structured products or securitisation law and practice
Be able to demonstrate great research, writing and analytical skills
Be highly organized with a flexible approach to work, and the ability to multitask effectively
Have a great level of attention to detail and demonstrated editorial/proofreading ability
Be able to communicate influentially and effectively to a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders
Be able to demonstrate practical legal knowledge and understanding of legal markets
