As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team who enjoy delivering excellent customer service standards to the public, attending our events


Position Overview:


As a Brand Ambassador and customer service expert, you will be the face of our clients' brands at various live events, trade shows, shopping centres and other sponsorship activations.

You will engage with the public to showcase our client's products and effectively communicate brand messaging to create positive and memorable experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Represent our clients' brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Deliver outstanding customer services standards.
  • Demonstrate product features and brand messaging to potential customers.
  • Engage with event attendees to identify potential leads and gather contact information.
  • Collect feedback and relay valuable insights to the team leader.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in face to face customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to engage with people and build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a variety of event settings.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Access to reliable transportation for travel to event locations, mainly in SE England, but scope to travel on a national scale.
