Our client hasan exciting opportunity for a
Building Facilities Administrator to join their team in
London, Docklands. You will join them on a
full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of
£27,000 - £28,000 per annum + excellent benefits ( travel allowance, bonus scheme, pension + health insurance).

In the UK our Docklands data centre campus facilitatesthe majority of the London Internet Exchange's (LINX) capacity, meaning that they support a huge proportion of all UK internet traffic, making our Docklands campus a globally important internet hub.
The Building Facilities Administrator role overview:
As their Building Facilities Administrator, you will support team of Building Facilities Supervisors in maintaining department database, including necessary records and registers of works for the department.
The role will be responsible for coordinatingdiaries, scheduling and facilitating meetings, liaising with stakeholders and contractors.Key tasks of their Building Facilities Administrator:
- Maintaining accurate departmental database, including updating registers, schedules, trackers, ensuring appropriate document distribution, update and file management.
- Scheduling departmental review meetings, record and distribute minutes with updated actionpoint trackers, follow up necessary submissions with relevant stakeholders.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, works and permissions, supporting small projects' administration.
- Liaising with contractors, scheduling access, reviewing accreditations, management of contractor database and invoicing.
- Assisting in creation reports and process documentation, using excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio.
- Creating and processing of PO requisitions and using company procurement system.
- Acting as departmental System Administrator for the Salesforce software system in to maintain accurate contractor database.
- Utilising the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Software System (Concept), acting as a System Administrator for the CAFM software.
Essential requirements they're looking for in their Building Facilities Administrator:
- MS Suit knowledge.
- Experience in supporting Technical Services, especially in FM environment.
- Experience in administration and team support.
- Previous experience with CRM software and databases (Salesforce, CAFM, BOLSTER).
- Well organised and focussed on detail.
