Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound/Receive inbound sales calls to and from prospective and existing customers to generate leads and drive sales of our services.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products to potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs, understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their specific demands.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Aerial Platforms Ltd's product offerings, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with customers through regular followups, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and execute sales initiatives, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the sales manager.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in sales training programs, workshops, and meetings to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably within the industrial equipment or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • A proactive and goaloriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
