CareerMakers are currently looking for a '
CNC Inspector' for one of our clients in the
SK14 Hyde area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform thorough inspections using manual measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
Interpret engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) symbols, and inspection procedures.
Conduct ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and dye penetrant testing (PT) as needed.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of all testing activities.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Proven experience as a CNC Inspector with a focus on CMM programming and operation.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
Strong understanding of manual measuring equipment and inspection techniques.
Familiarity with ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and dye penetrant testing (PT) preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording inspection results.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications or training in CMM programming and inspection techniques preferred.
