Sales Administrator

Location:
Office based, Victoria, London, UK.
We are a private aviation company offering tailored flight solutions for individuals and businesses. Our company values include exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and a passion for aviation.

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in London to support the managers in the Sales Department.


Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Manage the customer database, ensuring that all client information is accurate and uptodate.
  • Working alongside our operations team, coordinate the scheduling of flights and manage the logistics of private aviation services
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and other collateral.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote the company's services.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the aviation or luxury travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with customer relationship management software, preferably Zoho.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
