Fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce professional to take up the exciting role of Solutions Lead within a growing, agile Salesforce team at a market-leading, global financial services organisation.

In this role you will be responsible for the design, build and delivery of Salesforce solutions across this business, integrating solutions with the core platforms and data enrichment services.

This is a leadership role and would suit someone who has maybe operated as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst or Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant, where you have worked closely with and led technical colleagues or developers in the design, build anddelivery of Salesforce solutions.

You will know your way around and project and will know what excellent delivery looks like

You will get to work on a wide and varied range of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, validate, elaborate, and clarify requirements before piecing together and defining a project delivery team to execute delivery.

You will providerough budget estimates before the beginning of the project delivery and you will use your experience to identify technical solutions and AppExchange products that address business requirements and add value.

Other aspects of this role will see you contribute to testing and assurance activities and you will be responsible for managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers to ensure they are meeting the required standards and project obligations, alongside linemanaging direct reports in the Salesforce team and helping to mentor and develop junior members of the team.

Proven experience in Salesforce solution delivery using agile
Strong skills in leading and managing technical and crossfunctional teams on project delivery
Experience with modern software engineering tools and practices such as DevOps and CI/CD processes
Strong communicator at all levels
Excellent problemsolving skills
Salesforce Certified (e.g. Admin, Sales Cloud, Platform Developer I or similar)

Previous experience in the Financial services sector would be advantageous but is not essential and any exposure to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or MuleSoft is desirable.
