Description

If you are soon to qualify or keen to grow your skills with adults presenting with a range of needs, this is an ideal post.

Located in Chichester Assessment and Treatment service (ATS) you would work directly with service users, carers and the wider system, providing assessments, evidence-based interventions and support to MDT colleagues.

Our service users experience severe and enduring mental health needs (eg. psychosis, bipolar mood, complex emotional needs CEN) as well as social and/or neurodevelopmental difficulties. We have transformation funds to expand our CEN and psychosis pathways with posts and training attached.

Our models align with NHS England plans to bring us closer to our communities, working alongside 3rd sector, focusing on equality and diversity in staff teams and access to care.

We know the context in MH services is challenging, but we are led by strong and compassionate leaders who are creative, innovative and aim to reach people who struggle to access psychological therapies.

We are keen to recruit the right staff and hold on to good people, supporting them to grow and develop within our services.

We are keen to recruit someone with an interest in working with psychosis. Experience is not essential as we can support you to access training (e.g. 'Feeling Safe' Daniel Freeman, Family Interventions)and expert supervision. We work
alongside R&D colleagues (eg. Prof Kathy Greenwood) bringing learning from research clinics into our ATS teams.
