STILL Materials Handling Ltd is part of the KION Group, one of the World's leading manufacturer of forklift trucks, warehouse and material handling equipment.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team, based in our Head Office in Exeter.


As Human Resources Advisor the main focus of the role is to provide a professional, confidential, advisory and administrative HR support for STILL UK.

To act as the first point of contact for all HR systems, recruitment, on/off boarding, reward & recognition together with carrying out the role of HRBP and to be actively involved in HR and business strategic projects.

The role of HRA is a generalist role covering key HR activities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Payroll Processing
  • HR Systems & Administration
  • HRBP
  • Apprentice Coordination
  • Reward & Recognition
  • HR Project Coordination
To be considered for this role, you will need experience of the following areas:

  • Previous HR experience
  • Payroll processing experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
  • An ability to plan, organise and prioritise job responsibilities
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage all internal and external Stakeholders
  • Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Valid driving license
